Located among an area of new, upscale homes off 5th Street SW and east of 58th Avenue in the Vero Beach Real Estate market, Citrus Springs Village is a newer gated deed restricted community that has a separate Boat/RV storage area for residents, a Clubhouse, Pool, Fitness Center and Tennis Courts. Within its parameters are several smaller communities, and each has their own HOA.
