Citrus Springs Village, is a newer gated deed restricted community on the mainland of Vero Beach, located among an area of new, upscale homes off 5th Street SW and east of 58th Avenue in the Vero Beach Real Estate market, Citrus Springs Village has a separate Boat/RV storage area for residents, a Clubhouse, Pool, Fitness Center and Tennis Courts.
Within its parameters are several smaller communities, and each has their own HOA. Citrus Springs Vero Beach, is very close to the Indian River Mall, AMC 24-Plex Movie Theater, numerous restaurants and shopping, including Home Depot, Wal-Mart and Target.
