The Woodfield subdivision in Vero Beach is a gated community of single family homes in an over age 55 adult environment. All lawn care is provided by the homeowners association, and hence they do not allow fences which would block the landscapers. Residents with pets enjoy walking their pet on a leash to enjoy some exercise and chat with their neighbors.
Woodfield is pet friendly. The Woodfield Vero Beach clubhouse provides many activities for active adults, and Woodfield is conveniently located just north of the Indian River Mall, many restaurants and the AMC Movie Theatre.
